1. NATURE OF MYSTERY BOX PRODUCTS

1.1 All Mystery Boxes offered by LOOT are fully blind – the contents are completely random and unpredictable.

1.2 The consumer cannot specify, preview, or choose any item, brand, colour, design, or style contained inside the box.

1.3 The only choice available to the consumer is the size for apparel items. No other preferences are accommodated.

1.4 This policy applies to all Mystery Box products offered by LOOT, including:

l LOOT Rare Series – entry-level blind boxes

l LOOT Epic Series – premium-tier blind boxes

Both series operate on the same principle: fully blind selection with size-only customisation (for apparel products).

Brand Labels and Tags

• LOOT's inventory sources include overstock and sample sales. All items are genuine branded merchandise sourced from legitimate supply chains.
• Some items may have brand labels, care tags, or swing tags removed, clipped, or defaced by the original brand owner or prior supplier. This is a common practice within certain supply and distribution channels, undertaken to protect the brand's distribution channels and pricing integrity.
• The removal of labels does not affect the quality, functionality, or wearability of the garment. All items remain fully wearable and are subject to the same quality standards as any other apparel product.
• LOOT does not guarantee that any specific item will retain its original brand labels. What we guarantee is the quality, condition, and value of the items you receive.
•  If the presence of original brand labels is material to your purchase decision, we recommend not purchasing Mystery Box products, as label retention cannot be guaranteed.

2. CONSUMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Before completing the purchase, the consumer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the following:

• I am purchasing a fully blind box – I have no control over the specific items I will receive.
• I have selected my size only, and I understand that the actual style, colour, brand, and design are completely unknown until I open the box.
• I have used the size recommendation tool provided by LOOT (if applicable) and confirm that the size I selected matches my usual wearing preferences.
• I am making this purchase with full awareness and acceptance of the random nature of the product.
